Ryan's note from ca. 2001: "Formerly listed as 8/14, however I believe this is the correct date." jjoops, 10/7/2009: I have doubts about this date/venue. The GAMH listing in the Hayward Daily Review, August 9, 1974, p. 40, shows John Hartford playing GAMH on this date.
