Complete show. Ship's location previously listed as "San Francisco Bay," but it was actually at the Alameda Naval Air Station. The official Navy history at http://www.history.navy.mil/danfs/c3/carl_vinson.htm (thanks to Corry Arnold for the link!) and a number of other sources indicate that the performance took place in Hangar Bay 2, not on the flight deck as sometimes believed.
