The "Here, There And Everywhere" through "After Midnight" portion of Set 1 circulates as part of "Dick's Gift". That has an interesting story behind it. Identification of "Here There And Everywhere" by Sean Cribbs of DNC (DeadNetCentral) ca. February 2003 (see contemporary comment at db.etree.org). George Tickner is playing guitar.
